What are the different payment methods?

On site :
Cash, credit card and ANCV holiday vouchers (Funny-World Park does not accept payment by cheque).
 
On line :
Credit card and PayPal.
 
For groups:
Cash, credit card or bank transfer on invoice.

Must I book a ticket online or can I just go spontaneously?

We recommend that you book online.
If you are unable to book online, the on-site ticket office is also open.
If you have the SchwarzwaldCard, Annual Pass or already have a ticket, come directly on site without booking online.

Can you only take one entrance ticket for the Tortuga indoor playground?

Funny-World is primarily an indoor and outdoor amusement park.
The entrance ticket includes the outdoor park as well as its indoor hall Tortuga Kinderland.

What parking possibilities are there?

There are 600 parking spaces in front of Funny-World.
The parking area is managed by the company Park & Control.
Payment is only possible at the machines set up by Park & Control or online.
All rights and obligations arising from the car park management are the responsibility of Park & Control.

What are the conditions of access to the park for people with disabilities?

Visitors who are blind or in a wheelchair are entitled to free admission on presentation of a valid disability card.
On presentation of an disability card bearing the mention 'need of accompaniment', the accompanying person also benefits from free admission".

Can I use last season's free tickets?

Free tickets are only valid for the current season.
However, pre-sale tickets are valid for 3 years, and you may be asked to pay a contribution towards the increase in ticket price.

Can I leave the park during the day?

YES. You can return to the park on the same day as long as you notify reception of your return before leaving.
The reception staff will put a stamp on your forearm.

Can I bring a picnic?

Only the picnic you have prepared is allowed.
The park has several equipped picnic areas.
 
Please note that outside delivery & consumption of food and beverages by delivery services is not permitted anywhere on the Funny-. World grounds is not permitted. No delivery of food by delivery services.

Is there a restaurant on site?

There's the El Torro restaurant.
It offers salads, burgers, full menus and drinks.
For a sweet break, there are hot drinks, waffles and ice creams.
Please note that picnics are not permitted in the restaurant or on the terrace.

Are there places for new parents and their babies?

At Funny-World, the comfort of parents is essential, and there is a quiet area where you can breastfeed your baby in peace.
Areas for changing your children are also available. Funny-World sells meals as well as nappies for your baby.

Are pets allowed in the park?

Only dogs on leads are allowed outside the park and in the Tortuga Kinderland room, which opens onto the outside.
Doggie bars are available in the outdoor park. However, dogs are not allowed on the attractions.

Will the attractions stay open in case of rain?

In the event of a thunderstorm or heavy rain, we may have to temporarily close our attractions for your safety. (Please note that no refunds are available in the event of bad weather).
Take advantage of a temporary rainfall to visit our Tortuga Kinderland amusement hall.

If one or more attractions break down, can I have my ticket refunded?

For the safety of visitors, the attractions may be paused.
Simply notify a member of staff, who will rectify the malfunction as soon as possible.
However, no refunds are possible for this type of incident, which is often linked to misuse of the emergency stop button.
In the case of a more serious fault, our staff may need more time to get the attractions running again safely.

I've lost a personal item in the park. What should I do?

Lost objects are systematically brought back to the Funny-World park entrance.
If the object you have lost has not been found before your leaving,
we advise you to contact us by phone at 0049(0)7822 44599-14 during the park opening hours.
